The Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs demanded that the Kosovo Prosecutor’s Office issues an international arrest warrant for Vladimir Tsisel, an adviser to Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.

According to the Telegrafi Albanian news agency, this information came from the adviser to the acting head of the Kosovo Foreign Ministry, Behjet Pacolli Etlira Zuberaya.

Zyuberi stated on his Facebook that the criminal activity of Cisel shows the true face of Serbian diplomacy. According to Zyubery, Tsisel has connections with international criminal structures and was involved in corruption schemes around the world, being a representative of Dacic. The purpose of Cisel and Dacic was supposedly to harm Kosovo.
