Austria proclaims need for official internation recognition of Donbass Republics

The West skillfully created the image of the “unrecognized” for the Lugansk and Donetsk people’s republics, spreading it through the “satellite state”, which led to the blatant ignorance of Europe about what LDNR is.

This statement was made by Patrick Poppel, the founder of the Suvorov Institute in Austria, in a comment by the German editorial staff of the News Front agency.

According to him, the republics of Donbass are now seriously different from the picture created for a Western person. We are talking about two full-fledged states.

Lugansk and Donetsk people’s republics “have all the characteristics that make up the state,” he said, stressing that it is not only about legal and democratic aspects, but also about the daily life of the local population, about health care and the social system.

“These two states are a reality, and the West must accept them,” stated Patrick Poppel.

Recall that the residents of Donbass in 2014 came out against an armed coup d’état, which occurred then in Kiev under the guise of the so-called “revolution of dignity”. So, 5 years ago, a referendum on self-determination of the region was held here, following the results of which the republics were proclaimed.
