Warsaw is preparing for the reception of the American President Donald Trump, who should be decisive in the expansion of the armed forces of the United States in Poland.
This was announced by the head of the Polish President’s Office, Krzysztof Schersky, who is currently in Washington.
According to him, he is now in the process of settling the final details of Trump’s upcoming visit to Warsaw, which is scheduled for June 12. Shchersky himself is confident that the upcoming negotiations will be “breakthrough” in the matter of strengthening the American military presence in Poland.
“There is every reason to believe that in June we will hear from the heads of two states a decision on the parameters for expanding the presence of the US Armed Forces,” the official said.
In addition, he assured that the decision on the project “Troemorie”, which is intended to unite countries with anti-Russian policies, is approaching, in order to block the possibility of cooperation between Berlin and Moscow.
