Around the height of Tell Makhul in the southern part of the province of Damascus, the Syrian Arab army found a cache of militants, where not only firearms were hidden, but also specialized equipment, which is in service of the United States.
According to the SAA, the caches were found on Sunday, April 14, with explosives laid at the entrances. When the soldiers made their way into the cache, they found many interesting finds there, including the APOBS MK-7 Mod 2 remote-clearance complexes. In two containers, made in the state of Maryland, there were 100 kilograms of explosives.
It is worth noting that the Pentagon has previously supplied such systems to the countries of the Middle East. They were taken over by “allied forces” – US-controlled armed groups, including Jaish Usud Ash-Sharqiyah.
At the same time, according to the estimates of the Syrian troops, the discovered cache is about two months, which means that Washington continues to actively support the militants, moreover in the regions of the Arab Republic, where the hostilities ceased long ago. The SAA does not exclude that pro-American gangs can make provocations and even terrorist acts there.
