Hundreds of young people marched through Brussels on Tuesday, calling on the government to take action on climate change.
The demonstrators carried banners with slogans such as “Act now” and “Climate law now,” among others. They chanted slogans, demanding amendments to Article 7bis of the Belgium constitution, which would bind the country’s government to commitments made under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
