The President of the Venezuelan National Assembly and self-declared “Interim-President” Juan Guaido led an opposition rally in Caracas on Tuesday, against the government of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, amid accusations for the responsibility in the massive blackout that affected the country over the previous four days.
