Flash mob in support of Ukrainian Orthodox Church held in italy

A flash mob occured in Milan in support of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church. The choristers sang popular Ukrainian Christmas carols in the most crowded places in the Italian city.

After that, through an interpreter, they turned to the local residents, describing the situation with the persecution of the Orthodox in Ukraine and the attempts of the state to destroy canonical Orthodoxy.
Recall, the so-called new church of Ukraine was established at the “Unification Cathedral” on December 15. At the same time, the UOC refused to take part in this process.

Five days later, the Verkhovna Rada adopted provocative law No. 5309 on renaming the UOC by 240 votes in favor. At the same time, only one parliamentarian abstained, and 17 did not vote.
