The UN supports the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina on Kosovo and Metohija, said the secretary general of this organization, Antonio Guterres, during a meeting with Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic, Belgrade media reported with reference to the cabinet of the prime minister.
“Kosovo is not a state, and the UN peacekeeping mission – UNMIK – will remain in the province”, Guterres confirmed.
The Prime Minister of Serbia noted that Belgrade is interested in the preservation of the UNMIK.
According to Ana Brnabic, Serbia shares the vision and actions of the UN, in particular, referred to the active participation of the military of her country in peacekeeping missions abroad.
