Browder’s case: Cyprus to cooperate with Russia

The lawsuit filed last fall by the Hermitage Capital fund, calling for the Cyprus authorities to somehow interact with the Russian Federation in the case of its creator William Browder, was finally considered and rejected by the Nicosia District Court.

According to the Cyprus Mail, the plaintiffs could not prove that such actions on the part of the leadership of the republic would cause them irreparable damage.

In this case, William Browder, along with his business partner, Ivan Cherkasov, filed a lawsuit back in September of last year, successfully using the fact that Nicosia decided to postpone cooperation with Moscow, but now the situation has radically changed.
