Another North Korean nuclear test is aimed at undermining the global non-proliferation regime and poses a serious threat to peace and security in the region, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Sunday.
Previously, the DPRK announced the successful testing of the hydrogen warhead, which is intended for equipping intercontinental ballistic missiles. The order to conduct the test was given by North Korean leader Kim Jong-no.
