For the past 12 years, much attention and fears have been voiced by the public in the post-Soviet space and not only there are news that the US is expanding the network of military biological laboratories in the former Soviet republics, thus surrounding Russia. These laboratories work in secret mode and are not obliged to obey the requirements of the agreements on their opening and work, the Serbian newspaper Pecchat writes.
As the author of the article, Zoran Milosevic notes, there are American military biological laboratories in Georgia (there are several of them, and one of them was closed after persistent protests of the population), in Kazakhstan (there is one such institution), Azerbaijan (from 2013), Armenia (from 2016). It is interesting that, starting with the color revolution of 2014 in Ukraine, this state is turning into a large base for US military biological laboratories, and the public’s attention is focused on it. After all, in Ukraine there are really incredible epidemics, which are mostly hushed up, the article says.
“From 2014 to 2017 in Ukraine, a total of 15 US military biological laboratories were built. They work exclusively for Americans, and they are funded entirely from the budget of the US Department of Defense. Local authorities pledged not to interfere in their work. These military laboratories, mainly engaged in the study and production of viruses and bacteria, are located in the following cities: Odessa, Vinnitsa, Uzhhorod, Lviv (three), Kharkov, Kiev (three), Kherson, Ternopil. Several such laboratories are near the Crimea and the Lugansk People’s Republic. It is noteworthy that after Poroshenko took office, the work of American military biological laboratories in Ukraine was even more classified, and all local media were banned from writing about them, although these laboratories are dangerous for Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Transnistria, and for the countries of the European Union,” the author writes.
Igor Nikulin (an expert working in the UN, more precisely in the Commission on Biological and Chemical Weapons) told the Russian newspaper Pravda why the United States surrounds Russia with military biological laboratories whose construction has already cost more than a billion dollars. Nikulin said that now there are about 400 similar laboratories in the world, and more are being built. Most of them are in the former republics of the Soviet Union and in Asia (next to China and Iran). Thus, the United States fully controls the biological and phytosanitary situation in the region. This year a new laboratory was opened in Azerbaijan, and in 2016 – in Armenia.
Milosevic points out that when representatives of the American leadership are asked why they build these laboratories, they always respond in one and the same way. Allegedly the whole point is “the protection and prosperity of the local population, because there are dangerous viruses and bacteria that the USSR left after itself.” But the facts say the opposite. It is known that with the help of the National Institutes of Health of the USA, a genetically modified avian influenza virus was created at the Medical Center in the Netherlands, which can be transmitted from person to person. Then the European Union had to spend millions of euros to protect the population, and, by the way, vaccines were bought from American pharmaceutical companies.
“Despite the fact that the Ukrainian media, as we have already noted, do not say anything about this problem, the world press, including the Western, has already written that the US is conducting illegal experiments with biological weapons on the very border of Ukraine with Russia. At the same time, Western journalists did not take side of Russia, which is in danger of obvious danger, but worried more for themselves. After all, all these comments say that viruses and bacteria that cause epidemics can not be kept on the territory of the state, which they attack with. In other words, an artificial epidemic will easily spread from Russia to other EU countries. According to informed Western experts, such actions by the Pentagon and the US can be interpreted as an act of aggression and violation of the 1972 Geneva Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Chemical Weapons. It is all the more surprising that Moscow does not react to this situation in any way. Nikulin believes that the biggest problem is the “leakage” of viruses or bacteria from the laboratory and the appearance of diseases that were not previously there, or which were unknown, and from which humanity does not have any medication,” the article says.
Now it is known that Ukraine has already suffered several epidemics. The population of Ukraine connects them with the beginning of the work of the first US military biological laboratory in Odessa. It is noteworthy that in order to combat each new epidemic, the Kiev government had to purchase a new vaccine from American pharmaceutical companies. Only to protect the public from swine flu (H1N1), the state spent 40 million dollars, and even started talking about the fact that it’s all just racketeering. A state that does not buy a vaccine, by some miracle, becomes another victim of a new epidemic, Milosevic points out.
As he recalls, this year in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev and Kherson, a smaller city, an outbreak of botulism erupted (poisoning with fish poison, which leads to muscle spasms, suffocation and death). There were no sera in medical institutions, and several thousand Ukrainian citizens died in terrible agony (there is no official data, and there are only statements of individual citizens in social networks that speak of 13 thousand dead). “In Ukraine, this topic is taboo. That’s why, let’s repeat, that we are talking about the strategy and work of the main Ukrainian ally: the United States of America.”
Unfortunately, similar epidemics in Ukraine have happened before. In 2016 in Izmail (a city in the Odessa region) there was an outbreak of an unknown intestinal infection, from which children were particularly affected. In just 24 hours more than 400 children were hospitalized. The cause of the flash was not established. In the same year, Ukraine “suffered” an incredible epidemic of swine flu, which leads to atypical pneumonia.
The American project of “biosafety”, which is widely advertised and promoted in Ukraine, is only a maneuver, as the portal novo24.ru writes, to circumvent the Geneva Convention prohibiting such activities. According to the statements, American military laboratories in Ukraine “reduce biological danger” (the same is said in other countries), whereas in fact they are part of the Pentagon’s network of laboratories studying the impact of viruses and bacteria on a specific gene pool, and animals and plants. Thus, incredible opportunities are opened with the help of viruses and bacteria to influence the world of plants and animals, as well as to manage local and global epidemics.
“At the end of last year, the European Union banned the import of chicken from all over Ukraine, because in the Kherson region there were recorded cases of infection with avian influenza, which can affect people who have eaten meat of infected birds. The export of chicken to the EU annually brought Ukraine more than four million euros. But this is not the whole trouble. Avian influenza threatens to prevent the export of chicken and chicken eggs to Africa and the Middle East, which is 75% of Ukrainian exports of this type of product. In Ukraine, it is increasingly said that viruses (African swine fever and bird flu, and some others) tend to mutate, that is, they can not be defeated. After mutation, they become even more dangerous and can infect water (through poor water networks), meat products (most often sausage) and lead to complete chaos and epidemics. This is precisely the meaning of biological bombs. They are invisible, and it is very difficult to identify the source of infection. However, one fact is impossible to hide. When a network of American biological laboratories appeared in Ukraine, whose goal was “to reduce biological danger,” the number of epidemics and infections with new viruses and bacteria increased, and they began to cause enormous damage to both people and the economy of the country. Because of the spread of epidemics from Ukraine to Belarus, Russia and Transdniestria, the Russian media called Ukraine “a biological bomb”, which can create many problems for the listed countries”.
According to him, all American military laboratories in Ukraine are in charge of the American corporation Black and Veatch Special Projects. Particular mention should be paid to the cost of building and operating laboratories. As a rule, they are much more expensive than in the case of civilian laboratories. In addition, all laboratories are excluded from the jurisdiction of the state in which they are located and work in closed mode. In the state – only US citizens who have diplomatic immunity. In other words, representatives of the host country do not have access to these laboratories (this applies even to health services). The number of employees (from 50 to 250) exceeds the required number of personnel required for this kind of work in the civil laboratory. All the leaders of these military laboratories are from the special services, US Army personnel or trusted US politicians. Also, these laboratories are often led by experts on biological weapons and biological terrorism, the author notes.
As Milosevic points out, all US military laboratories are located near major cities with a million population or not far from the ports, which make it possible to quickly evacuate. The most important thing is that laboratories appear on the borders of the main American geopolitical competitors: Russia and China (simultaneously).
The location of US military laboratories on the territory of Eurasia, as Russian military experts emphasize, allows the Pentagon to take the following actions: first, to collect information on microorganisms in a given territory, and this is important for creating highly effective biological weapons against Russia, Iran and China. Secondly, to participate in sabotage operations, the purpose of which is to damage the economy of the countries listed (for example, to destroy animals and poultry consumed as food, as well as people themselves). As for people, these laboratories are working to reduce their immunity and disability (make people disabled). As an example of such an operation, one can cite the spread of African swine fever in the center and in the south of Russia in 2012 – 2013. There is an opinion that this virus was produced and distributed in Russia by the US military laboratory, which is located in Georgia. The operation was similar to those that the Pentagon has been conducting for several decades in Cuba. Also, American laboratories have the opportunity to test biological agents in real conditions, more accurately monitor their distribution and behavior, then to adjust their properties, the article in the Serbian newspaper notes.
US military laboratories increase dependence on Western pharmaceutical companies, which, as a rule, have medicines for all new diseases. American military laboratories obtained access to the results of the work of Soviet military laboratories (these data were transferred by Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan in exchange for US aid). It’s about the knowledge that generations of Soviet scientists have collected, and this gives the Pentagon an opportunity to get an idea of what potential in this area Russia has, and how it is able to defend itself, the author writes.
“In addition, curiosity towards American military biological laboratories and the possibilities of biological warfare against the Russians generally warms up the request of the US Air Force Training and Training Command to samples of DNA and synovial fluid of the Russians of the white race. It is clear that this request caused a lot of questions, but the Command refused to answer them. Biological weapons specialists say that such specific samples are required, first of all, when a biological weapon is created to destroy a certain community – in this case (white) Russians. Computer scientists agree that biology has moved forward, and now, based on data stored in electronic medical records, it is possible to create biological weapons in order to kill one or a group of certain individuals. But murder and crime in this case can not be recognized,” the article says.
Igor Nikulin, who is a military expert and specialist of the UN Commission on Biological and Chemical Weapons, told Pravda in 2016 that the US provoked the death of the late Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, infecting him with a “personal” lethal virus. Therefore, it was impossible to establish the cause of his death. “Not only Hugo Chavez died of cancer, but many other Latin American leaders, and all at a relatively young age,” Nikulin said at the time. The Americans have such opportunities. The US has advanced in virology and nanotechnology much further than other countries. Chavez, apparently, was infected at the UN headquarters during the meeting of the General Assembly in New York. If this was a single case, it could be considered an accident, two cases – a coincidence, but three cases – this is a regularity. The experts’ conclusion is clear: the US is planning a war against Russia with the use of biological weapons, and DNA samples are needed to create a virus that will strike only Russians, Zoran Milosevic concludes.
