During the visit to Crimea members of the delegation of foreign politicians strolled along the embankment of Yalta and talked to local residents.
At the same time, Crimeans addressed foreign guests with several requests, including telling the truth about the situation on peninsula in their homeland. So, Yalta resident Deliaver Seydametov asked the deputy of the National Assembly of Serbia from the Serbian Radical Party Dubravko Boic to inform the Europeans the truth about the state of affairs in the Crimea.
“We live in peace here”, he said, “thank you very much for coming here to see everything with your own eyes”.
In turn, the politician expressed confidence that such meetings will help break through the information blockade of the Crimea.
At the same time, Nigel Sussman, chairman of the branch of the Independence Party of the United Kingdom in the Enfield and Haringas district (London), asked Crimeans what message they wanted to convey to the Brits.
“We are happy, and we would like the entire world, in particular the UK, to recognize us,” answered one local resident.
